Return Process

  Log in to your Lorex Pro account and complete the online RMA form to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Package Your Hardware

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition at our distribution center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
